Our goal is to provide our guests with a level of service that will exceed expectations. We offer an a la carte menu which models the traditional American style steakhouse in cities such as Las Vegas, New York & Chicago. This means guests choose from their choice of ‘protein’, whether it’s steak, seafood, fish, chicken, or lamb and then order sides separately. Sides serve 2-3 people (1/2 orders are available) and are intended for sharing at the tables. The most popular side dishes are the fresh corn and maple bacon, spicy green beans, red & yellow beets and homemade scallop potatoes. Sal’s Prime also offers composed entrees that range from $28-$35 and include a starter salad, seasonal vegetables, and mashed potatoes. We also offer a 3 course $39 menu, 7 days a week.
Wine
At Sal’s Prime we have endeavoured to provide a versatile, friendly, award winning wine list. Our hand crafted wine room holds 1400 bottles and features over 90 Okanagan varietals, many from ‘boutique’ wineries that are not readily available. Our wine is diverse in varietals and in regions from which they come, yet all compliment the menu and the guests’ palate…cheers!
